^ That could be a really important project for the River Valley. I always get confused/kinda lost following the river trail there around the baseball park, would be nice if that was addressed somehow.

That is glorious. When I saw Kensington I got excited for a second. Either way though, really cool lil project!

I wandered through Kensington Market last week for the first time in about 30 years. Fascinating shift from funky-ethnic to funky-hipster. Less (non-vintage) schmatta than I remembered and no bacalao hanging from storefronts, but really good empanadas! Something's lost but something's gained ...

Comparing those apples would give Milwaukee a catchment area of 10 million plus then....

Essentially the same. Top is the DP version, the one below is marketing material.

I was about to say it's a little dull then I saw Revera in the link. Pretty good for a chain seniors residence. (not that I'm up to date on chain senior residences)

you're right. The bottom is very different; a value engineered spandrel glass version.

It's really busy, like reeeeally busy, but it might turn out pretty good if the right materials and glass are chosen.

They won't. It's pretty obviously going to be a spandrel mess.

Kind of like this in high-rise form: (albeit with a slightly less offensive colour scheme)
