If he truly is under Onni's payroll as some kind of sales rep, or a marketing presence here, then they really should seek a refund ASAP.

He's doing incalculable damage to their reputation and any prospective positive PR for their Gilmore Place project with his mostly asinine and inane comments.
(and in some cases even insane).

He even gives actual trolls a bad name.

Hence why I think he actually has invested interests with Amazing Brentwood.

No one can be this inept at trolling.

If he were actually working for Gilmore Place, he would have at least supplied us with some real info (such as official heights) which he never acknowledges whenever asked.

No one really expected it to be a high-end mall, including those "pros in the industry". Even if it's moms and pops, the mall will still look and feel great.

I vote to ban GilmoreStation. I have been a long time member of this forum and no one has annoyed me as much as he has. His comments are unwelcome, especially in this thread and very childish in my opinion. Tired of his fake news.

$569K for a 1-bedroom unit on 56th floor with Downtown & graveyard views doesn’t seem too bad. Despite Rennie’s lawsuit, Shape is still obligated to use their service for selling the remaining unsold units/assignments per contract.

Comedy?
....almost none of it intentional, of course.

I mean, consider the current situation which is now reaching comical levels, right now.

He must be the most acutely un-self-aware individual in existence, and ever in human history.

Or we're all unwittingly part of the most elaborate and devious social experiment ever devised or concocted.

I'm now genuinely fascinated.

Like someone else said before, also I wouldn't really mind if he would focus on boosting his project and not unnecessarily trash-talking Amazing Brentwood. They are both great projects that will help bring a lot of life to the area.

If he would also like to be helpful, he would provide details and inside information on Gilmore Place, but now all his "contributions" seem to have almost no value or be straight up trolling. Just so stupid.

Due to ongoing and widely voiced irritation by many members of this forum, I have advised GilmoreStation not to post in this thread any longer.

To clarify, I will delete any further posts from that member in this thread.

To add to Red-paladins post. If someone feels there should be moderator action on something, pm us instead of posting grievances out in public. We address these matters discretely.

So with Starbucks signage up does this mean retail units are being handed over to get finished up now?

Should be.
Usually when signage posters start to go up like that, it's typically an indicator that the retail tenants have already began to work on the interior fixtures and finishes in anticipation of opening ( could be withing weeks in a case like this).

It also goes hand-in-hand with postings for job openings for positions in the new units.

What is funny is that the iconic building on the corner of Gilmore and Lougheed will abut an electrical substation, and have views of the Masonic and Beth Israel cemeteries as well. Unavioidable if your views look N of Lougheed Hwy. W of Willindgdon Ave., and E of Gilmore St.

Gilmore Station will have to push back its completion date, just like the Amazing Brentwood. Cant build a complex like that without hitting a few snags along the way. I imagine that Brentwood, when complete, is going to be an incredible addition to the neighbourhood, just like Gilmore Station.
