I don't think they can exactly slap down some moving walkways for the big overhead ramp to the seabus docks, but there really should be moving walkways for the Canada Line tunnel to the rest of Waterfront.

So, a $35 million investment increases Seabus capacity by 50%. Why not add even more Seabuses and increase capacity and frequency by even more at a fraction of the cost of a Skytrain line? Does Lonsdale really need transit to downtown more than every 5 minutes?

The long transfer on one side, and then another to a bus on the other side, plus the 12 minute trip in between do not do many favors in terms of attracting new ridership. You could have a seabus leaving each side every minute and it'd still be an iffy proposition for a lot of people.
