Yeah that's not bad at all. I would jump on that if I was forced to move from my current place.

It's a very nice suite but it's not in this development, it's in Motif on Buchanan. It's a huge suite for 2 bedrooms but it may not be moving at $3200 as it's been listed for over 2 weeks and may have to be reduced.

Yes because you of all people would know the hidden details of this development that you speak so favorably of.

Haha. GilmoreStation is such a joke on this forum by now with no credibility left.

Yeah, that's indeed the Motif tower across. We saw a large sub-penthouse there and that is a totally normal price for the size.

TBH for awhile now I have been wondering what started this rivalry between Shape and Onni and how it manifested in an ineffective forum troll

$1,700 for a brand new 1BR is well in line with new product in Metrotown. I can believe the smaller units being that price.

Hmm .....perhaps smaller unit , lower level, west facing, don't forget there is no AC in this building. I just can't see a 30th level , North facing fetch same price even if same square footage.

Info session

Info session happening June 1. Maybe they are sticking to the latest May 31 to July 31 range. Forget the mall. Get the towers open first.

Not to be a downer, but the June 1 info session might just be a huge vendor event...I certainly hope it isn't and they provide some more concrete completion times but who knows.

Also is it just my morbid sense of humour or do those white overhanging antennae(?) at the roof of T1 look like gallows

The Gallow makers when that business started to dry up probably used the same design for different uses like window washing supports.
