Agree this is a nice cluster of residential. Too bad no retail along this section of Dawson though. In contrast Fulton House is pretty lonely on the west of Willingdon

Concord Brentwood has some retail built into its Phase 2, in the site's interior.

It's not completely retail-less, and it's 7 minutes from a massive mall. There's worse. Willoughby on 208th, for example... there's one retail centre for the entire corridor. It's concerning. It's not even that great either.

Thanks for all the recent updates, Lexus! This is the thread for all three towers.

I cycled by yesterday and took note how much smell there is from the eco-center nearby. I wonder if the smell will reach these towers only few hundred meters away?

You are welcome. I cycle in that area few times a week as well. Should change my nick from Lexus to Giant
I don’t smell Eco Centrer, probably I’m less sensitive, however it does attracts a billion crows...feel bad for people who park near by

These towers really bulk up the area when heading west on highway one. They seem to be rising so fast too.

East tower topped up 100%
West tower 4 more flors plus whatever left above regular floors
Tower on Alpha has 5 solid floors above the podium
Going really steady with 1 floor up per week

Interesting to see how they finish the space between alpha and Milano. Looks like huge concrete walls. (Seen in third picture)

Milano has another huge concrete wall facing waterfall

There may be a driveway between the two.

Maybe vines or trees to screen the walls?
