You can see how the balconies will be fitted out now compared to the rendering:

Yeah, I noticed it yesterday, and was taken aback at how quickly they've progressed!

Thanks for the updates McMinsen. Still waiting on some materials to arrive on the tower to really understand how this one will shape up.

Nice.
The spandrel blocking the column doesn't look visible in that shot.

Podium glass is your usual spandrel crap, but the darker tower glass looks promising. We will know soon enough how this will turn out.

Looks like the podium glass is actual curtain wall, rather than window wall.
(ie I can see notches in the slab).

It's going to look odd with lighter glass below and darker glass on the tower above.

Podium is curtain wall, drove past yesterday, they've installed lots on the first two levels in the past couple of days.

You can’t really tell from these shots, but the podium glass is actually fritted - horizontal stripes cover the slab ends. I’ll try to take a close up later today, I live nearby.

Seems correct although I had to look up 'fritted'...just passed it again this morning. Didn't snap a pic as I was driving.

Drove by the podium glass yesterday, it looks fantastic. White stripe fritted horizontal bands.

Here are the two types of glass together, on the Hastings St side of the podium (my pictures, today).

EDIT: Photos were giant. Deleted and resizing.
