Anyone know why the construction progress is so low for this concord development? Lumina came on the market way after Concord, such a contrast.

Views aside, is it hotter to live in a West or East facing unit during summer time?

Probably west facing because daily temperatures peak around 3pm. If your unit is getting direct sun in the afternoon it will probably see higher overall temperatures and also take longer to cool in the evening.

Probably west, but with central AC these days in the new buildings, I don’t think it matters that much.

You can see a good progress since my last update. Also it is obvious now that they are working on 4 towers

Almost at the grade

Overview of how the towers would fit into the landscape, nice to see something in closer proximity to the south side of Brentwood station line

Super slow. Will be nice to see it rise above ground.

Probably good for the buyers. By the time this thing is up next cycle will probably start up.

If you look at pictures from last October, there hasn't really been much progress at all. 10 months and the development is still not above ground yet. This is definitely not normal.

What could possibly caused the delay? You are talking Concord Pacific with assets and finance many many time above Thind (the developer of Lumina).whereas Lumina almost topped up. Don,t forget Lumina goes on sale 2 years later than Concord Brentwood. I vaguely remember the frenzy and the controversy when C B went on sale. One had to make appoinment to see the sales agent. They must have been sold out long time ago.

Nice! I look forward to this beginning to rise. Etoile down the road is already several floors above ground!
