Nehalkumar Gandhi under the Liverpool Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 150-foot-tall development will yield 40,903 square feet, with 34,861 square feet designated for commercial space. The hotel will contain 150 rooms, with an average unit scope of 232 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.

Michael Kang Architect is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Oh my. Something like that should be reserved for the MoMa, which has plenty of those as displays... I'm not making that up either. Its not even a nice concept either, and if such an eyesore was to rise near the ESB, that's no bueno.

This might be more suitable for Hudson Yards or proxies to the yards.

The proposed 140-foot-tall developments will yield 212,938 square feet in total. The building at 310 Grand Concourse will have 135,106 square feet, with 157 units and 66 enclosed parking spaces, while 334 Grand Concourse’s structure will contain 134,589 square feet, with 156 units and 29 enclosed parking spaces. The concrete-based structures will also have 30-foot-long rear yards.

Fischer Makooi Architect is responsible for the design.

Designed by Issac & Stern Architects, the first three levels of the property will contain 30,000 square feet of retail, where the developer hopes to attract a big-box retailer. The residential portion of the building begins on the third floor and includes 71 units that range from studios to four-bedroom layouts featuring interiors designed by Lemay + Escobar.

Amenities include a resident lounge, a children’s playroom, a pet spa, storage areas, and two large outdoor spaces equipped with cooking and lounge areas, as well as private cabanas. Fifty percent of the condominiums will include a sizable private terrace or balcony area.

It's insane that over the next 5 years NYC will jump from 8 300m towers to about 25 300m towers. It's ludicrous.

Is that, dare I say, a not-half-bad Gene Kaufman design? Has anyone checked to see if Gene is okay and not locked in a basement somewhere, bound and gagged?
