This evening after work, I could see it just barely peeking around John Hancock from Broadway and Addison. Took a minute for it to register.

Magellan announced yesterday that first occupancies would occur at end of May or first of June 2020.

The way those columns step in and out every floor for the varying slab edges is truly incredible, not to mention the leaning shear walls. It's cool but also sad that we get to see the brilliancy of the structure, but only for a short time until it's covered by all that glass.

Original plan was to have interior done by April 2020 and exterior enclosure glass done by September 2019. So they think they are only 2 months behind. September is only 5 months away and + 2 months would be November 2019 for the glass to be finished.

This glass has a mind of its own! Some days it’s blue, some days black, some days green. Stunning.

Reminds me of the Trump Tower. Sometimes it appears blue, sometimes bright white silver.

Looks like the opening shot to a gritty '80s movie.

I took it from that spot a couple months back, more attractive now with the additional glass. The symmetry from that perspective makes it as good of a portrait as you can get imo

The confusion on the color of the glass and the effect of the gradient all makes sense now, this building looks like a different iteration of itself each day.

Thanks for that office pic, bono.

I haven't checked on the forums in a minute. that desktop picture is sweet, im actually using the original version because i like the darker erie vibe.

Didn't see vista today but I already know she's looking gorgeous in this ferocious wintery mix
