I'm actually liking that rendering for the Wexford site. Stands out in a good way and like how it clearly looks like a modern tower with a flair of retro to it.
Concur in full. Looks good now, has a retro feel and will age well.

Same project, just better exterior finishes - not just painted concrete as per the colour palette shows - and if I may - window wall as in tip to bottom.
