I love the four distinct peaks going on there. Soon will be 5 with 400 N LSD and Site I going up near each other on the East end of the skyline

In this second one the glass takes on a dark grey/black look. I would have been down with that. How cool would it have been to see from the lake three dark colored pillars? JHC, Vista, Sears!

I feel like people need to realize that the tower shifts colors depending on the day's weather. Embrace the evolving nature, don't wish for just one. Everyone will get some of what they like

7 Super talls can be seen.

Vista, Sears, MAGA International Hotel and Tower, John Hancock, Aon, 2 Prudential, and I believe the Franklin Center counts as one, due to the spires which are architectural.

Also you can see some progress being done on the balconies now

^ They're my least favorite part. At least they worked on integrating them better than they were originally.

The balconies should have gotten wider and narrower in conjunction with the frustums.

Yesterday I was at the Adler Planetarium and tried to splice two photos of the Chicago skyline together. Sorry for the awful splicing, but I just wanted to illustrate how nicely Vista and the NEMA cluster have balanced, expanded, and enhanced the skyline.

Our skyline is impressive, but we need to add more height and depth from 311 Wacker to Roosevelt.

Vista is better looking than 99% of towers going up in our country.

This panorama really highlights the sheer size of Sears (Willis, whatever). Nothing will ever overtake that beast as the focus of the skyline. It would be flipping fantastic to see another supertall clad in black. Maybe someday ...
