Looking at the floors the massing model is showing could we be seeing the top and parapet already? I see four floors of double height ceilings and what I assume will be a giant floor for mechanicals and I’m guessing a tuned mass damper. And one floor above that. If mechanicals are already accounted for in the diagram I don’t see this rising much higher. Thoughts?
