There are 40 unit assignments currently listed on MLS.

There have been only 2 assignments sold so far this year as it nears completion:

- one on the 31st floor for $1,348 per SF
- one on the 38th floor for $1,378 per SF

As a point of reference, the blended average pre-sale price when it sold out in 2014 was $1,396 per SF! (excluding the estate units)

Woah... it's like being on a rollercoaster right at the top just as the cars in the front begin to plummet, pulling the rest right behind them.

What a great update! Thank you. Incredible to see the impact this has made on the skyline.

Thanks!
When driving by on Pacific, the stairs up into the courtyard of the middle low-rise look pretty impressive.

Have there been any recent updates on the redevelopment of the Granville Loops? Last I heard, they were seeking proposals?
https://urbanyvr.com/granville-stree...ps-development

Having those two mid-rise office buildings with Vancouver House, plus the loops be redeveloped, could extend the feel of Granville Street for 1 - 2 more blocks.

Then with the proposal for the greenway up the centre of the bridge, and the elevator to Granville Island, could really change this area pedestrian-wise

I know this is late, but why are the triangle sites being built up to the bridge level, and not higher? Having a small tower on there would be nice, despite the tight space.

I couldn't find anything on the previous pages of the thread, so...

The plan was only to have taller towers on either side of the bridge as downtown's Gateway buildings, and leave the centre part relatively open. Since they wouldn't want to waste the parcels between the ramps, the City allowed developer to build up to more or less the deck of the bridge, although at the end they'd actually protrude from one to two stories.

Granville bridge may not be a work of art like the Burrard bridge or Tower bridge of London, but it is still significant enough such that I suppose the city would not want it blocked by too many towers at one end.

Lol. And I want to revise the bylaw by adding "a string of nice photos".

Haven't heard anything ... altho the city seems to be piling dirt, gravel on the eastern loop.

In some good news, city crews have been laying curbs for a separated bike lane in front of Vancouver House along Pacific - will be nice to get that part of the Pacific Blvd bike lane connected to the bridge.
