Does anyone have any insight of when completion may be for this building?

Call the developer and ask!

Are people scared of calling people?

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I was under the impression they won't disclose that information.

Also ask for the official tower height while your at it

This is turning out to be a great project.

I really like these towers.

Well if you are interested in buying a unit you would like to know how many units and what units remain. They can usually be pretty informative. Much better than trying to get info from random forums

The developer sent out amendments with an updated completion date of November 2019.

They also informed purchasers that the colour palettes on display at their presentation center were "labelled incorrectly". Meaning a majority of units were outfitted with the opposite colour palette that was chosen when purchasing.

The developer has not admitted fault, and will not compensate for the error.

The value for the property has increased greatly since purchase date (which I'm sure everyone is happy about), but with the long delays and this error in colours; it can't be good PR for Rize Alliance.

Has anyone else had an issues similar to this? Or experience with Rize (The Independent)?

That does sound like quite the simple gaffe for everyone at the developer to have missed, especially up until the actual fitting of the suites. They may have known about it before but after ordering was done and manufacturing of custom pieces began. Are the two nice schemes or was one not so nice? Maybe if you are persistent you can meet in the middle and have some non custom or unfinished stuff switched to the colour you want like bathroom or backsplash tiling or flooring.

Wow - big mistake that would never had occurred if they were labelled "light" and "dark" instead of "quartz" and "graphite".

I'm really liking how this project is turning out.

Wasn't too sure about all the asymmetric boxes and gold motif, but it's really all coming together from the looks of it.

Yeah, some of those pics are really hard to tell apart however, there is zero chance the mistake happened as developer claims.

Thanks!
I see anchor points / steel plates on the concrete above the podium curtain wall that wrap the corner.
Those must be for the feature artwork / goldfish screen.

Going to look odd from that view until the balcony glass goes in.
