The Oratory is actually the city's highest observation point. Should be open to the public in a couple years.

L'observatoire va être à 244 mètres (élévation altimétrique). Le top de la croix fait 261 mètres.

Imaginez l'observatoire prévu au sommet du phare (Si ça se fait comme prévu). Une tour de 250m sur une colline de 100m = 350m! Imaginez la vue dégagée sur 360 degrés!
