It looks like they're currently running trains in "reverse"(?)
Running trains the full (?) length of the system but on the opposite tracks.

Saw 1121 and 1122 pass eachother just south of uOttawa, but on the opposite tracks
Also saw a train headed towards Tremblay (signed as "Blair") leave the westbound platform.

How the heck is Pimisi the first one with an occupancy permit?

I don't get their project management sometimes. Cyrville, beside my place, looks like they could have had it signed off months ago.

Also, really disappointing that only one station has a permit. I guess they won't even have all the stations signed off till May.

I would take the website update with a grain of salt, it is often a few weeks behind in actual status. I would revisit the Fedco update from the week before last, I believe there were 9 stated to have occupancy permits granted as of that meeting.

The ones listed as "Ready for Inspection" already have their occupancy permits. Maybe it's like a house; the developer (RTG) finalizes the touch-ups, transfers the house to the owner and then the owner (City/OC Transpo) completes its own inspection and creates a list of a few more works that need to be done, like maps, decals on the light boxes, maybe scuffed paint and a chipped tiles.

Probably, since at least at lyon the permit has been plastered int the PDV concourse for a couple of months now. Anyway this is not an RTG thing but a city one. Maybe there's one final legal step required

Edit: apparently there's two stages of occupancy permits in the process. There's a "final occupancy permit". So the answer to didn't Blair get a permit a year ago and is Pimisi is the first one with a permit is "yes". All 9 can be occupied, but only one has its final permit

I’m currently sitting at uOttawa and they are running (single) trains from and to Tunney’s Pasture (short turning them here) every 3-4 minutes right now. There’s even announcements playing in the stations loudspeakers. Pretty exciting to see!
