That area around No. 3 Road and Bridgeport has come a long way. Still got a ways to go but it’s looking better. That area under the sky train track next to the river rock looks awful. Just a big mud pit.

Like the curve on the corner.
Spandrel are not "randomized" and seem to blend in well.
Hopefully the solid areas will add some colour.

it looks like some of the residential towers for this project have been completed on the exterior. seems to be they are working on interiors now. this thing went up pretty fast.

still a dirt pile for the commercial tower though.
