The conjecture is that IHOP may or may not be going to the Hyatt. My sources on which restaurant is destined for the Hyatt say it's Baton Rouge (2nd hand rumour though). What if the IHOP (or Jack Astor's) was going in the new Hotel being built were the V Hotel is now, that is going to be a sizeable Hotel in need of a restaurant.
