I thought this too, however, I do believe Parcel O is just Magellan and Parcels IJKL are Magellan and Lend Lease? If so I would think having a global development partner the size of Lend Lease would give the ability to expedite a project of this size?

That's kind of how I understood it. . . I've been wrong before though and don't have any first hand knowledge, but rather whatever's been written in the papers. . .

I love trying to guess where you guys take your pics from. That 2nd one of Green Harry i have no idea...321 Clark? marina towers? Or did you finally go out and get yourself your own helicopter like Nick? 8)

Just been parking and prepping - haven't seen any active rigs yet (but didn't look hard the last few days).

I go by 167 Green most days and the Revcon rigs had just been parked for a couple weeks. Contractors have been doing utility relocation for literally months. Think a lot of power had to get moved before they can start though looks like they are finishing up.

ComEd finally wrapped up their work relocating the power lines that bisected the site. I think that was the impetus for the construction start. The ComEd work caused a few outages and disruption, so I'm glad it's done...

I was wondering the same thing, Bonobo. I'm guessing it might be weather proof and those beams might be exposed to weather??

^The steel that is brown is raw steel that will receive a spray applied fireproofing. The steel that is gray is prime painted and will not receive spray fireproofing. The steel that is really light gray / shiny is galvanized because it will be exposed to the weather.
