The south face is already clad - it's bland white paneling of some form.
This thing will have little architectural merit (but will be a wonder of automation). You can see this building for miles around. From the east, it is visible on the TCH bypass around Amherst as it descends towards the marsh. That's gotta be at least 10 km or so........
