It'll take decades of investment, gentrification and will to deal with the near crisis levels of disorder to even come close to making that space viable to attract people to that location. The area around the building is quite literally the worst part of the city by a fairly wide margin

Looks like the CX lofts on 110 Street is underway. Saw a bunch of equipment there yesterday afternoon digging out the old house foundations.

Yes, but not publicly available at this time. The project is now a tower with townhomes versus the earlier midrise concept.
