Griffintown was the actually the place that came to mind for me, mainly with the Via train in the foreground and the shorter buildings immediately behind the rail line. It's not quite a dead ringer, just looks like it has a similar general vibe.
The older, taller buildings in the background packed in together remind me of some of the stuff you see in the more nondescript northerly parts of town.
