The pier at the end of James St. looks like it's still there, the white boathouse too, and an early iteration of the small basin that's just east of RHYC... I wonder if that's an earlier building of theirs, with the round driveway in front, though they moved around over the decades. The CN Station is in the upper right, near the corner of the photo.

Yeah pretty much the entire section they want to rebuild wasn't even there then as the path going up to williams just ends abruptly near the left hand side of the image.
I still can't imagine how this is going to function without parking - how are people going to get around in the winter? Are they simply going to work IN the neighbourhood? I guess that could work but still..
that and they want to remove all the parking along the edge there too - it just boggles my mind hehe..
*edit* ah I see, things in green on the pdf I posted are communal amenities, with block 5 being a parking garage.. that helps clear things up a bit.. also that little triangular piece of land was originally supposed to be a parking lot, not sure if it still will be though.
