We're not going to agree as far as Society Hill's importance concerning tourism. I stand by my position and believe the evidence supports it, but I see no need to drag this out.
I do however need to respond to your assumption that I lack a respect for history. I'm very much a preservationist (when it comes to anything pre-war or earlier), especially in contrast to the majority of this forum's members, so I'm not sure what would give you that idea.
We seem to be largely in agreement as far as what is best for the neighborhood and city going forward so cheers.
