And it's anecdotal at best.

How do you know his experience is representative or typical of the average renter in the city?
Most people tend to try to find some long term stability even when they're renting and will try to avoid circumstances that force them to move every couple of years - particularly and especially if they have families or young children.

Also, if Klazu is the type of "renter" you're referring to when you allege that renters are perceived to bring down the value of properties in condo projects due to their high turnover rate, then you're truly delusional.
