I remember from past conversations people (who've seldom/never been here) saying "Calgary's such a flat city" riiiiight....

It's really just the eastern half of the city that's flat. The rest is very hilly. Then again, most people arrive at the airport in the Northeast and see the treeless expanse and assume that's the entire city.

I wish there were a building like EAP in that area to add some variation to the flat tops. Suncor has some angles to the roof but it blends in with Telus Sky to make a similar silhouette to the Bow.

That too. Our top four buildings are within blocks of each other and are all similar in height.

It's actually only 3 blocks... 2.5 if you consider that the Bow is on the west half and Brookfield is on the east half of their respective blocks.
