Now, if he could just do it with Chase, and from a different angle because it will block Vandy in that view.

That looks like the 1501 ft version of One Vanderbilt in that render. It looks too much bigger than 432 Park and the ESB.

It's just something someone put together. The placement is wrong, as it should stand behind 383 Madison, but it's just an idea of how those extra towers would impact the skyline.

It's too bad the Chrysler building could not be raised 400-500 feet in height. In a few years, it will be mostly obscured from the NY skyline.

Maybe on an extreme east/west view. But from most angles, it really won't. Just look at some of the photos in this thread, even on this page.

At the rate this is going, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it tops out before Nordstrom and Steinway. Particularly Steinway, I have a feeling its crown is going to take forever to install
