Prelim design is already done to Bruce Street.
Route Planning for twinning is also complete to Petawawa
You are looking at least 3 years out until they start major construction work on the highway.
I'm currently designing culverts along HWY 17, we are making sure we have sufficient length for twinning, in my particular area there are some compressible soils so we have to pre-load the area so we get maximum settlement for when the twinning comes though.
