I see what you're trying to do, simply repeating the same thing back, without any real knowledge or experience. Well, I'm sorry but I call bullshit. I highly doubt you've been to Aspen Woods, but on the off chance you actually went there. What's not to like about it? With the Beltline it's easy to point out its flaws, either statistically (crime rate, number of homeless, number of needles found each day) or visually (homesless people everywhere, low income apartment buildings, and train tracks running through the middle of it). With Aspen Woods it can't be done. I challenge you to come up with an actually reason why it's worse?

I'm thankful that Aspen Woods is there, and that there are people willing to live there because the rest of the city needs a place for the beige cookie cutters and boring middle aged crossover soccer moms, etc.. If people want to be a martyr and live there, I say let them, and I thank them for their sacrifice. It keeps those bad elements away from the rest of the city.
