I think he’s referring to the thumbnail size of the image. It’s hard to read anything off of them

Yeah those things exist in smatterings throughout the city, but mostly in the core.

Your graphics were perfectly clear for anyone under 85 to see.

Btw, to those that can't, perhaps you should learn how to zoom pages in your browswer. Usually it's ctrl & +, ctrl & - to zoom out and ctrl & 0 to reset to 100%.

No, it's something to do with the site he's hosting them on. They were showing up really tiny like an inch wide and an inch tall, and when you zoomed in, they were blurry to the point of being un-readable. Now they aren't showing up at all.

Can you try hosting graphics at a different site going forward?

FFS, are you and people like X_ting_on even reading the posts? Dude, it's a dictionary definition, and thus accepted as a defined meaning. Yeah, maybe it's not exactly like it sounds, but hey English is full of those words.

Phone caller: Hey is your fridge running?

Phone callee: yes

Phone caller: better go chase after it.

Do you get where this is going?

Lets try it.

Noun: car (a road vehicle, typically with four wheels, powered by an internal combustion engine and able to carry a small number of people)

Ok, now on to level 2.

Adjective: inner (situated inside or further in; internal)

Noun: city (a large town)

Excellent examples of why most people choose the suburbs. All of those houses are overpriced crap really. The third house is nice, but I'm sure costs an arm and a leg.

Direct bus routes to the UofC, MRU, Foothills Hospital plus all three levels of public schooling within 1.5km, new outdoor rink, soon to be completely renovated outdoor pool are attractive to a lot of young families. Great access to the airport plus direct bus to downtown are pluses as well.

Last picture includes a laneway home as well...

I couldn't find prices for these exact houses posted above, but found some comparable ones in the area of Highwood. The price of having a new home in Inner-sprawl land is very high it seems.

800K for this shoebox

825K for this starter home

700K for a duplex. Yes, and uninspired duplex will cost you that much in Highwood.

Running is a verb. English is hard.

A verb that can be defined, as in defined in a dictionary. This may comes as a surprise to you, but nouns aren't the only words in a dictionary.

Allow me to demonstrate

English might be hard for some, but apparently just having to think is harder for others.

I’m not going to get into a big debate about the meaning of inner city. This post below does a job of summing up the whole debate, if the literal types can’t get it, it’s pointkess trying to explain it to them.

This, people is an excellent post. It’s a great example of what I’ve been trying to explain for years - that inner sprawl or inner city areas are bad value. BTW I love the term inner sprawl. It’s a great description for those neighbourhoods. I wonder if all those urbanist noobs would be so easily willing to over pay for a house if they knew they were living somewhere classified as inner sprawl lol

Person 1: You have a fridge for sale? Where's your fridge for sale located?

Person 2: Inner city

Somewhere in close proximity to the center.

What the heck does the verb operation of a fridge have in similarity to inner city.

And it was listed originally last June for $749K. It's been around this level for several months now so I'd expect another price cut soon.

Especially in this economy. Like seriously overpriced. Should be more like 500k

Except you're missing a very important point. The reason those prices are what they are, is because there's a demand for those areas. Yeah, sure you can get a place cheaper in Skyview or Bridlewood or some other crap neighborhood in the middle of no where for cheaper, but that's because demand is low in those neighborhoods.
