SHAPE's Brentwood Mall is now assessed at $536M, up 36% from $395M. SHAPE and HOPP purchased the mall for only $100M back in 2010.

591 units in a single tower? That is a crazy amount and means that there will be easily 1000+ people living in this building.

That is nothing compare to a cruise ship which easily holds 3000 passengers. Plus it does not float, no sharing of eating facilities, hence much safer and more hygienic.

In partnership with the world’s leading luxury retail-driven real estate company, L Catterton Real Estate, The Amazing Brentwood will be among the largest and most significant mixed use projects in North America. With less than a year before its Phase 1 opening, The Amazing Brentwood is set to bring a world-class experience to residents, locals and visitors from around the globe.
so the shops should be open for Christmas 2019?

It says it will be complete fall 2019, does that include all the retail tenant build-outs?

Anyone who did some travel around North America should not believe the above statement !! What a marketing.....

Any it is almost a ordinary project in China, Hong Kong and many part of the major world cities.

Every new pre-sales called themselves luxury now.

to their credit they are the company behind the Miami Design District, L'Avenue Shenyang China and Ginza Six in Tokyo. Will be interesting to see what they bring here.

Now that's what I call modern retailing. Yup, definitely looking forward to see how Brentwood mall will turn up to be like.

Thanks!

Is that the first acknowledgment of height in feet?

It says Tower One is 614ft.
(A bit more than the thread title's 186.5m)

My understanding is that they're targeting handover for the spring with the goal of opening the first stage of the mall to the public in the fall. It should definitely be open by Christmas unless Shape runs into some serious issues.

Thanks for this information. All those pictures looks great and expecting how the so-called GRAND LOBBY looks like when it completed.
