Update from last week
It appears they've planted a fair amount of trees around the site.

Update from yesterday
A good a mount of the glass is finally installed on the northwest side.

Update from today

Another angle of the west side

Looks like they haven't started installing railings and glass on the southeast side, however it looks like they're getting really close. There is a fair amount of railings on the ground on the southeast side and they just setup the hoisting mechanism to them brought up to their respective floors.

A look from the outside, the balconies look huge because it extends with two units. Overall I think the colour tone on all four sides of the building matches.

The blue and green contrast really turned out well. I'm impressed.

You can see the green glass all the way from Kingsway.

Awesome thanks for the update!

They've definitely picked up the pace, I'm not sure if they're hitting their internal deadlines but completion is certainly around the corner.

The square corner on the partitions dividing the units on the balconies doesn't match with the curve shape. Extending all the way to the top of next balconies would look a lot nicer without a sharp corner. Because of this, the building is supposed to be assembled in green leaves as the curve balconies!

Yeah, they never extend the partitions up to the balcony ceiling.

Didn't get to posting these earlier, so these are from a month ago and just before the balcony glazing went up on those small balconies. Taken from Park Metrotown penthouse.

One of the penthouses is currently renting on Craigslist for $4,000. That's slightly expensive for a 1274 sqft place, but not completely outrageous.

interiors looks quite dated for a newly completed building... the blinds, kitchen and interior doors especially.

oh thanks for post Klazu!

great to see a floor plan as part of the listing :-0

regarding the kitchen, I like that the vent shaft above the range hood isn't visible.

I don't like that access to the balcony is through the kitchen though.

Super awesome views, would live there :-)

Thanks for posting.
Strange how they use the doors with the panels - looks too traditional.

You can see through the balcony glass only on the lighter tint:
