Very interested in this project (West Village towers(3))...will be fun to watch. Progress going fast!

Great pics. I hope the West Village project spurs the city to build an underpass across the street to help move track in the area.

That’s a busy company. They’re doing all the work around Crescent Hill these days.

Seems like overkill for a garage. Someone with too much money?

In a traditional attic it has to work harder during both cooling and heating due to temperature of the space so really within the space works better. In this house here since the insulation is on the outside on the roof all the ducting will be within the climate controlled space so either or.

It’s a very special garage lol. L shape with the one wall being 80’ long and the short part of the L being 54’ or something like that. The corner has a basement, main floor and loft which are all climate controlled. Basement is the home gym, main floor is where the business is run out of and loft is there for multiple uses. Main garage is his show room and on the short side of the L he has a detailing/wash bay.

If you look at the main lines you can see what looks to be a whole bunch of smaller holes for the smaller flexible lines.
The high velocity system certainly looks cool. Looks like something out of a sci-fi movie

Then again who needs an expensive high velocity system to get something alien looking. lol

They build all over the city but seem to be bullish on Crescent Heights.

I've seen a few houses like this in my day. Probably not the proper way to do it, but you'd be surprised at some of the workmanship out there.

That third house is pretty cool with the wood paneling.

It's a different gray stucco house. Most houses have a gray primer coat to start with.

This one looks great with the nice large windows. I'd like to see more of these get built.

Yeah - the openings on the left look over 15' each, but because of height, hard to get a scale without close review.
