Thanks for posting again. I had indeed put it up, but it gained no traction at the time. It is such a major project, I think it deserves more attention. The 17th ave project that will have it extend into the grounds will dove-tail into this one, as I believe the current road alignment around the corral will change once the corral is taken down.

Close up sign of new mansion to replace two houses. It's a company called Maillot Homes, and it is sold so new house will be built.

Ever heard of something called Christmas holidays? This is the first time I’ve visited in about two weeks.

Those pipes are HVAC pipes. Normally you wouldn’t see so many but given the size of the house I’m not surprised.

If you look at the main lines you can see what looks to be a whole bunch of smaller holes for the smaller flexible lines.

Cool. I didn’t know stuff like that existed for single family homes, but it makes sense for a large place like that.

First project I was on that used a system like that was in 2009. Big reno on a house out here in Airdrie. 2 years later we put another system like that in the guys garage. Just in the gym/office/loft areas though.

Very interested in this project (West Village towers(3))...will be fun to watch. Progress going fast!

Excellent photos! Thanks particularly for the zoomed in one of TS, and the one of the West Village project (which we don't get too many updates of).

Would this system explain why they are running hvac in the ceiling of the second floor? That seemed odd to me, but perhaps it is normal for what you're explaining.

You can have the vents in the floor, I find the flush mount ceiling style to be the nicest look though. Very low profile and blends in very well.
