This project was announced a few months back, but it is to develop the lot of the old CBC tower in the Eastern part of downtown Montreal. The whole development is 4.5 million square ft including: 3,000 units, 24-floor hotel in the old CBC building, offices, a school, entertainment, retail, and public spaces. It is still a proposal but expect to hear more soon.

In February 2026, the installation of the first crane will officially mark the start of the vertical construction of the project.

Starting in March, foundation work for the 13-story residential tower will begin at the corner of Avenue Alexandre-De-Sève and the future Rue de la Gauchetière.
