Usually when I see that machine it's a sign a crane is being prepared to be installed.

It's called The Pinnacle.

Looks pretty good. New images on this website:

I'd love to see this sort of development all across the Mountain and other suburbs. We could add 10's of thousands of new residents without always having to sprawl across the countryside in low density subdivisions.

I love the curved curtain wall effect in the entrance- so many buildings are just blocky these days...

This is a good building in terms of supporting urban design in this area, which is a good ways into the mountain. The design isn't great but I'm happy enough that there'll be something up on this site and more people in the area.

This is being built up on the Mountain if I'm not mistaken?

Should this development be in the Downtown Forum? I would think it should be in the Suburb forum?

This sub-forum is 'Downtown and City of Hamilton'.
This project is in the old city of Hamilton, not the suburbs.

Yeah, I just realized the "suburbs" as per this forum are thought to be Burlington, Grimbsy, etc. I wouldn't really call those cities suburbs of Hamilton. Anyways, my bad for the confusion.
