I might have missed this part, but is there detail about what the Northside that is currently just cement will look like? It looks like from some of the previous pictures that is has gotten a treatment or paint. Is that prep for a type of cladding?

Window wall progress at top

Seems like very little or no progress has been made on window wall system at the top of the building during the past 4-6 weeks. Challenges with getting building fully enclosed has to be impacting overall schedule given the extremely wet weather we've experienced. No amount of temporary roof/protection can withstand the amount of water infiltration the contractor is battling.

Thanks guys, I had to sneak onto Sunoco property...Eagle Point refinery for these shots. I wish at the time of the Technology Center's heavy construction I both knew that spot and I had an actual camera instead of my Samsung phone and a plastic telephoto lense. Hopefully another supertall is proposed soon. Here's a shot from nearly the same angle with better lighting

The Laurel will fill in the hole between the Blue Cross Building and Commerce Square quite nicely.

Did we ever get confirmation that this building is over 600ft? It certainly looks to be.
