That's a huge billboard. And the steel columns go all the way over to the Fort side. Great news. It's a bit hard to tell from some of the renderings what exactly is going on for 330 main.

I can't see anything from Instagram on the work computer. So have to go mobile to see all the fancy pictures. Linking videos on SSP also does not work on the PC for some reason. Even though I can click the link and see them.

Anyways, where did the huge billboard go? I can't see it on the LES.net video feeds.

My guess on the sign is that it will form the skirting for the jump form apparatus (i was wrong before in saying Slip Form). There should be 4 of them normally around 3 storeys tall.

I apologize if this has already been discussed/answered, but I saw someone post on reddit a while ago that Artis was planning on selling 300 or 360 Main Street in Winnipeg. I read the transcript from their most recent call, and although I did see that they were selling some assets, I haven't been able to find anything concrete on either 300 or 360 Main Street in Winnipeg.

In one of their investor presentations, where they talk about selling off assets there is a picture of the Winnipeg building - but I didn't see an actual mention of it.

Can anyone confirm this?

I found it in the msot recent investor presentation:

300 Main: Non Core asset. Artis owns no other residential real estate and value can be realized by selling all or a portion of such densification projects where zoning and entitlements are in place.
