Fleetwood gets SkyTrain because... it's currently a smaller employment centre than Newton or Gilford, currently, and in the OCP is slated for less growth than either with little multi residential zoning, but in any case... all three town centres have a max FSR of 2.5. At least Gilford has a mall and rec centre along with Newton.

The OCP (2013) with this rail line is severely out of date. With Fleetwood and Langly needing we area and community plans / zoning to justify more rapid transit than B-Lines which they'll get soon.
