A great article on Gr333n's kinetic wall. Included are some renderings I haven't seen anywhere. It looks like we'll get an ivy wall on the northern side. I'm excited to watch this one get clad.

Drove along Diversey a few days ago. 508 (I assume it was 508) looked close.

Also, construction directly across the street was well underway. The Hampdens:

Though, for the luxury high-end condo price point, I find the buildings to be nothing special.

I can see 450 Belmont from my balcony. I guess may 6 or 8 floors high so far with a middle core another few stores higher

That 14 story office building slated for Fulton & Ogden got its first milestone which is a wrecking permit for the structure currently there. The new construction permit is still pending..This will also have ground floor retail.

It was originally supposed to be 300+ apartments at 19 stories, then it went to office and retail at 13 stories. Now it looks like it has gained another floor if the pending permit is correct.

808 Wells is on the December plan commission agenda.

225 ft / 318 units / 16 auto parking spaces / 318 bike parking spaces / 6300 sq ft ground floor commercial.
