I don't understand why someone would want to bulldoze two already large houses only to make one that's so much larger.

Of the three panos, this one is the best Daemon. The lighting makes the picture.

Fuck, what a waste. Let’s tear down two large houses, one of them a nice one so someone can throw even bigger parties.

Poor people don’t usually understand why rich people want big and fancy, but it’s because rich people have been exposed to it and like it. They’ve developed a taste for it.

Re: Potential new giant house

The 'character' home that's currently there is only about 20 yrs old there's no guarantee that the new house won't also have character.

Also, although I wouldn't want to live in a house that big, I have no complaints about this house in Toronto which dwarfs anything that will be built on Crescent Road

Is that Casa Loma (now a museum)?

I think it's more of a case of jealousy and ignorance combined.

I'm so looking forward to the new house. I hope you're going to give us the same updates that you have on the other mansion.

Agree with TB. Without a real camera and proper optics, Daemon needs to only take pictures when the sun is providing ample light. Or alternatively, get a real camera.

I quite like Casa Loma. Not sure why you'd call it a cheesy piece of garbage. Have you ever been there? I personally like that's its central great hall has a 60' ceiling height. It makes it well proportioned.
