What a strange development next to a baseball stadium. Now you can watch the game AND watch Thyssenkrupp test elevators next door!

When they first announced that, I thought it was only a test shaft and I bashed it. Now, I think it's a huge win for the area. I'm not a huge fan of the Battery, 90% due to the location, but I think it looks great.

Yeah....silence is deafening for N(opus) like it was for N(eviva). My gut says after Norfolk Southern....things really quiet down.

You forgot to include High Street - perhaps bringing on NAP will actually push GID to finally starting the decade+ long project.

Putting up more permanent construction fencing at 1105 today and they also have a hole the size of Opus' hole on the northeast corner. No clue what they are doing there...

1105

I drove by 1105 around noon and the construction workers were removing the fencing along West Peachtree. Good to see some movement. Anyone have any additional info?

The newest rendering of a planned convention hotel at the Georgia World Congress Center. Hilton Worldwide will flag the hotel, which could break ground in fourth-quarter 2019.

The Daiquiri Factory has closed on West Peachtree so it looks like the Cousins office tower is still on its way.

This, 1105, Anthem, Portman’s 3rd in Midtown, Norfolk Southern, Midtown Union... 2019 could be an office boom for midtown.

If there isn't an aviary with large predatory birds I'm going to be disappointed.
