After about a month, most of the buildings are now gutted and it looks as if demolition is not too far away

I really, really hope the sales here are firm so that we get this thing built in the current cycle.

IIRC it's at least 90% sold out, or close to. This won't be stopping.

fyi - an internal memo from my realtor in HK:

PH psf: $7840
Lower Floor: $2486
Higher Floor: $3684

(prices in CAD)

However, I'm not sure what counts as a 'higher' or a 'lower' floor for their numbers

I think those are the highest psf numbers I've seen in Vancouver for their PH numbers

The PH costs are out there for sure, like really out there. They have to be looking at $30 million + unit?
