Found out what's going on with 618 Tillery, It's being converted to a 3 story 150k sqft office space that'll be solar powered. Looks neat and goes along with the development moving eastward where ever it can find.
I'll be interested if more pops up near Airport and Springdale. those old oil tank sites (I think that's what they were) have a fair bit of potential. ABP, Springdale General, and Canopy are all that way.
