Over there they bash the Mexicans, Jews and Blacks, but here in Canada the "certain demographics" are often ridiculed and frowned upon, stemming mostly from jealousy I reckon. I'll ask you the same question I asked the other person who quoted my comment with it (seemingly without either of you understanding how "quotes" work):-

Do you know why I put it quote marks in my own comment in the first place or not?

And if you can figure that part out then proceed to tell what it is I said about them what was racist, exactly (other that stating what's been factually reported in the news).

So a conversation about certain demographics is now racism? It is only you making it about race, and telling people they are racist is a very significant claim to make (pejorative).

The truth is difficult subjects about real estate in Vancouver will always come off as offensive because of the reality of the situation. It can be offensive to certain people when pointing out the demographic or people who tend to deal in real estate, but that is not racism. Everyone knows that.

Just one retail floorplan though, showing 2 big units.
It doesn't say what level is shown, and there does not appear to be a direct connection from the SkyTrain concourse to the retail breezeways.
EDIT: It says Level 3 if you go to the original image - but I don't see any escalators
- just stairs and an elevator, unless they are expecting multi-floor tenants with internal escalators.

Someone with some connection to the project posted 214.8m on here a while ago.

Would be nice to get an actual drawing though.

Burnaby is pretty bad with heights. So many projects I wish I knew the heights for.

Coquitlam is also pretty bad.

Another reason why I wish it were Vancouver building the taller towers, because at least then we would know how tall they are...

Im still a little confused - is the tall flagship tower actually proceeding in Phase1? Or no?

If so its supposed to be new tallest in BC, correct?
