Who knows, but you would think their website would be updated frequently. While I'm not surprised the upper floors haven't sold many units I'm a little surprised nobody has grabbed a Penthouse yet.

Me too, looking at the floor plans they look stunning. Over 5000 sq ft, three levels, private elevator, circular grand staircase. plus a private rooftop terrace with hot tub. If I was celebrity Id for sure scoop one of these up.

FWIW - floors 83,84 and 85 are just levels within the penthouse which starts on level 82.

Based on that summary above - they are around 305 units sold out of 416

305/416 is good, about 73% sold out. Not bad for an expensive project like this where the cheapest unit starts at $850,000.

You would probably need to measure it by square footage sold and not by units. I'm to lazy to do the math right now.

On top of this, for financing purposes you could also include the hotel space as also being "sold" which increases the percentage of the total building sold.

Might already be worth 300 million based on what happened across the street.

Podium levels sold for 189 million

A lot of those first five floors are just open space for the main lobby. I want to see some updates on this thing? Are we above ground now? LOL.

Next year it will be back to back CIBC and One Bloor updates and will bore the hell out of everyone to be sure.

Not too much longer and this list will be all Toronto once again, and it will be very hard for another city to break into the list. The height requirement here is gonna be ridiculous.
I'm quite busy, well...atleast until I have a break in a few-ish days. There'll definitely be more updates of that complex when it gets more visible, but yea, it's better to let the Twin cities shine a bit

They can have until after the holidays. Not much to see at The One yet anyway.

Taken today by: BloorMan @ urbantoronto.ca

And then CIBC Square, a forumer is too excited about seeing his first signs of this construction from the east end.

Whoa!
That view from the One's penthouse suite is amazing.http://onebloorwest.com/floor-plans/units/unit-8201/aerial/

I stitched some screenshots together here, but the image doesn't seem to work in preview. Maybe it's too big?

Also, is there a way to put images up here without first making them online somewhere else? It's funny to post this to Imgur first. Not exactly IT Crowd material over here.

The tree canopy in the east end is so much denser then the west. Amazing view 1000ft up.

Agreed. The sales figures seem a lot less impressive. On the positive side, they should be able to get a variance to break up the upper floors into unit sizes that sold well.
