That’s a beautiful example of a mixed income community. I do wish City Lights looked
a little nicer, but not
too much since it’s subsidized low-income housing, and it’s not meant to be luxurious. I’d like to see some better examples of subsidized
low-income housing in the U.S., since that would be more comparable to City Lights in O4W.
