Pretty quiet with proposals lately. Any insiders know how highrise condo sales are doing? Are they down from last year, or up?
Any info on sales of specific projects?

Surprised this thread is so quiet lately! Some pretty interesting skyscraper proposals in and around Toronto right now.

Well, 65 King East will start soon, the city adopted the repurposing of the heritage buildings on King street for this building:

Pemberton's Church and Dundas project, called "Social" has begun demolition, I saw the buildings being torn down as I was getting driven to a bar nearby.
