Still pretty decent density though, 3.7 FSR. Towers in Burnaby are 5.0 FSR. Not a huge difference, and a lot more palatable for the neighbourhood. I just wish they would get more creative at street level. Looks like another glass wall is going to be built here. Not attractive to most businesses or pedestrians.
