I had never noticed that little red brick building on Carlton. Turns out its the residences for the RWB. Interesting!

I love that building, and would love to see more such buildings, perhaps at the 8-10 story range lining streets around downtown.

formally the Aberdeen Hotel, I knew the owners. Grandma Richardson bought it, tore it down and gifted (tax donation) to the RWB.

Small update on Sutton Place. Not sure if any piling work has been done. But lots of banging around, equipment going back and forth, piling rig going up and down.

Are there lights under the sky walk?

There is a blue light strip running along the bottom of the sky-walk.

Yes there is blue lighting beneath the skywalk. It runs along the residential tower through the square as well. Looks good. They have blue lighting everywhere, including within the skywalk. It matches the blue that was recently installed in Bell MTS Place.
